Raynor picking Nova’s mission is kind of inexplicable, so go with Tosh. You also have to decide on the mission choices. Finishing the prophecy missions before doing the secret mission (which you should definitely do) unlocks a little extra dialogue. But that being said, it’s best if you delay the final Tosh and Hanson missions as long as possible, so you can keep talking to them after missions. If picking an order for lore reasons, there’s no order which absolutely makes no sense, so do what you like.
